The Vixa Story

Founded in 2025 by Jack Beaumont and Jonathan Hearn, Vixa was built on the belief that businesses thrive when they have access to top-tier remote talent. With backgrounds in economics and finance for Jack, and construction and project management for Jon, the pair joined forced to enter the property investment business in 2020, managing projects, sourcing investments, and providing property management services. Through their work, they identified a key challenge faced by many growing businesses, balancing day-to-day operations while focusing on strategic growth.

When they started out, Jack and Jon decided to focus on Serviced Accommodation (Airbnb) as a strategy, and later rebranded as “Sigma Stays in 2022”. As Sigma Stays expanded, Jack and Jon found themselves overwhelmed with operational tasks but lacked the budget to hire full-time UK-based member of staff. Instead, they turned to elite remote professionals in the Philippines, hiring experienced Airbnb and property management specialists to streamline their operations. This approach proved highly successful, leading to additional remote hires in administration, finance, and marketing, ultimately allowing them to scale the business efficiently.

Recognising the immense value of highly skilled remote talent, Jack and Jon launched Vixa in 2025 - a recruitment agency dedicated to helping business owners, startups, and executives build high-performing remote teams. Vixa’s mission is to connect clients with the top 1% of global remote professionals, optimising efficiency, reducing costs, and enabling businesses to focus on growth.
